If you’re a fan of good Mexican food, the idea of seventeen Tlaquepaque restaurants may have your mouth watering. So far there are three … but all of them are scattered within minutes of your WG house.
The latest, appropriately named “Tlaquepaque No. 3,” is the featured restaurant review in last week’s Metro. Oddly enough, the Metro got a fancy new website the same week that the WG Resident upgraded their site.
The original is at 2222 Lincoln Avenue a few doors north of Curtner (also located between WGx bloggers Elva’s Coffee Stop and All-Star-BBQ). No. 2 is at 721 Willow Street, east of Bird, and the aforementioned No. 3 is nestled next to the Jack-in-the-Box at 699 Curtner, at Almaden Expressway. Actually, the original Tlaquepaque is in Mexico.

Tlaquepaque is a great Mexican Restaurant…especially the Super Chevales. But, My new favorite Mexican Restaurant in Willow Glen is Mexico Lindo on Foxworthy and Cherry. Great food and great service….Plus PARKING.
