Hey, does anyone else recognize this couch? It looks like suspiciously identical to one that was sitting on Curtner Avenue last weekend, with one of those enticing, hand-written “Free” signs on it. Today, it’s on Dry Creek Road.
This curbside recycling phenomenon is an interesting one, even here in Willow Glen. Lots of people use the WGNA eList to advertise their own curbside give-aways, and then they praise the list for helping them move their junk to another home. We can only assume that most things stay put for a while. As a coincidence, today’s SJ Mercury News Action Line column recapped the curbside junkyard rules for the City of San Jose.
