NicholasMethod Congratulations to the family of Nicholas Method (including new big sister McKenna), who welcomed their New Year’s Day baby on January 1, 2007!

Nicholas was born shortly after 12:00 noon (not midnight), so no one had to lose any sleep, except maybe mom Stacy. This picture was taken Jan 9, and he’s certainly a lot bigger now.

The SJ Mercury News undoubtedly spent countless hours combing hospital records and projecting birthing trends in their coverage of the first baby born in Silicon Valley in 2007. You can see the Merc’s front page from January 1 for a picture of the lucky baby.
