The latest in a long series of Building Permit applications for the lot at 2120 Radio Avenue (northwest of Curtner & Lincoln) includes a bit of a surprise: 14 Townhomes plus 1 more detached single-family residence.

The original application seven years ago asked the City for permission to build an “18 units cluster podium condominiums residential development in a townhome style” on the property. In early 2005 the application returned asking for 17 townhomes, but the request was shaved back to 13 single family detached units later that year. And in 2007, the new application requests up to 14 attached residences and one detached home.

Since the flag-shaped lot stretches way back into the middle of the square block, that’s one narrow driveway for everyone to share!
