		<description>I think its sad that another business is going out of business in our little down town ..... I know its hard with todays " big Box " brick and mortor stores.. BUT its double hard when not only do you have to compete with deep discount but expensive / sometimes greedy land lords ... 

when will the land lords / owners realize that sooner or later their "precious" space will be vacant year round if they dont lower the rent and help a tenant ....</description>
