WGx is back in the weblog saddle this week, just in time to welcome another heat wave into town. Maybe. The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for a potential heat wave later this week. Maybe.

As an area of high pressure aloft builds into our area temperatures are expected to increase through the week for much of the district. Although there is still some uncertainty with how strong the high will be…there is a fairly strong consensus that temperatures will warm considerably especially for locations that are away from the coast. The warmest weather is expected on Friday and Saturday. On those two days highs will be in the 90s to 105 with some of the hottest locations in San Benito and southern Monterey counties possibly hitting 110 degrees. …
