Subject: 9/11 RemembranceHey there,
Perhaps you could post a reminder to have WGers put out their flags tomorrow in remembrance of 9/11. Just a thought. It’s important we remember and show our solidarity, regardless of politics or patriotic beliefs.
Thanks, James
There will undoubtedly be additional thoughts published on the topic, including a street-wise article from the Mercury News Mr. Roadshow column.
If you are looking to do something on your own to mark the occasion, consider giving blood to the American Red Cross. The nearby Rotary Club of Campbell (website by WGx) is hosting its annual 911 Remembrance Blood Drive on Friday, September 12.
And tonight, you can expect the regular Thursday peaceful demonstration on the corner of Minnesota & Lincoln to be perhaps a little more energetic.
