Sing the National Anthem at ‘Music in the Glen’

The annual summer concert series will be renewed this year, with weekly Thursday night performances July 9 through August 13.

And as usual, each concert begins with a young person singing the “Star Spangled Banner.” Almost anyone in college, high school, or middle school can volunteer to sing. There are no auditions, and date preferences are given to the first students who sign-up. To apply to sing, send your name, email, phone, age, school name, gender, experience, and parent’s name (with their permission) to contact Michael Rubino.

Hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Willow Glen, Music in the Glen is held at the inner courtyard of Willow Glen Elementary School, starting at 6:30 pm.
